What this Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data that we gather when you access and/or use our Services.

“Personal Data” means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” under applicable data privacy laws, rules or regulations.

Please note: This Privacy Policy primarily governs how we process personal data in connection with our direct relationships — for example, when we interact with merchant customers, prospects, or visitors who access our Services.

When we process personal data on behalf of our business customers (such as data about their website end users or site visitors), we act as a data processor. In those cases, our use of the data is governed by the SaaS Terms of Service or another written agreement executed by us and the applicable customer— not this Privacy Policy — and the customer's own privacy policy applies.

If we process your personal data on behalf of one of our customers and you wish to discontinue such processing, or if you seek to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate personal data, please directly contact the customer on whose behalf we are processing such personal data. We will follow the customer’s instructions with regard to the personal data at issue.

This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of companies we don’t own or control or people we don’t manage.
